One fine day, to celebrate my close friend birthday, we went to a restaurant called I.O.U which located around Hangang River, one of the most popular places in Korea.
I.O.U restaurant has popular a beautiful night view of the Hangang River, of course with the high quality of food taste as well. Because of their great night view, I.O.U quite popular as a place to spend a special day with someone precious. So, here we are to celebrate one of my precious friend's birthday.
Once we arrived, the classic old building and the warm service from the waiter welcomed us. The big windows made of clear glass shown Hangang River Night view, matching with Classic elegant old style interior decorations.
Then, the waiter escorted us to our table and gave us the Menu. And so we ordered Tenderloin Steak, Lobster Cream Pasta, and Seafood Tomato Pasta.
While awaiting our food to come, we mesmerize the Hangang River Night view and talked about how we meet each other when we came first time in Korea. We share the same start and story when we met at the first time around 4 years ago. We came from Indonesia to Korea with the purpose to reach our dreams, alone and worry about how to survive in the country with a new culture and a completely different language that time. But since we met and care about each other, our relationship has grown with time and now we called each other "family."
Okay, then our foods were coming! First, they served bread as an appetizer.
The Tenderloin Steak, we ordered well done and it was great and I want to give praise for the texture of the meat was perfect! Not forget to mention the watering of the meat was greatly melted into my mouth. Recommended!

And then Seafood Tomato Pasta. I believe this restaurant was served very delicious foods, as well the Seafood Tomato Pasta. It was great and, usually, Tomato Pasta is not really my favorite, but I will give special two thumbs for this pasta.

The last but not least, The Lobster Cream Pasta! And for Lobster mania like me, of course, everything about lobster must be great to eat. I love the creamy pasta, it was a perfect match with the lobster. Lovely!

Seoul Subway Line 5 to Mapo Station (마포역) exit 4.
(I would recommend you to take taxi after you go out to exit 4 because it will be quite tricky to find the restaurant).
So, with the night view like that, I.O.U restaurant definitely worth to try! Everything was perfect, start from the place, the night view, the foods and the people you came with. Made that night was so special to celebrate the special occasion. I would like to recommend I.O.U if you want to make some special celebration for someone special. Enjoy the night, enjoy the foods, and enjoy the time you spend with someone special.
